I was fortunate enough to work with Arctic during the purchase of a new home.  We were in the process of buying a house with a busted furnace, and Chris and Jeff at Arctic worked with us every step of the way to make sure we had the correct paperwork, estimates that reflected the correct information, and they were super helpful and patient! Once we closed and got the keys, we were able to quickly schedule times for Jeff to look at our AC, and then finally install both.  He was quick and efficient, and was done with BOTH pieces in one day. Their pricing is fair, their customer service is excellent, and their workmanship is great!

Jeff was great! He was timely and professional. He found the problem with my A/C that another technician from another company had caused and fixed it. I was very pleased with his service!

Wow.... I have never written a review for Yelp, but this is such an amazing company and we are so grateful for their professionalism and honesty, I must share!!!! Our air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year ( a weekend, of course! Lol)!  Jeff came out and assessed and fixed the problem within minutes!!!! And saved us SO much money! We thought we needed a new air conditioner and we were ready to drop a lot of cash for a new unit. Jeff assessed the problem and rectified it quickly.... not only that, he came out on a Sunday evening!!! Words will never express how grateful we are for his level of professionalism-- taking such good care  of people! This level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity is truly something above and beyond we see in today's world.... With this level of heat we are currently experiencing, there are so many HVAC companies that could  easily  have taken advantage of desperate families. Arctic Heating and Cooling is so professional, honest, and reasonably priced... he saved us thousands of dollars.... we are so grateful and will recommend them to everyone! They’re always prompt professional and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. They have reasonable pricing and an great monthly maintenance fee. Jeff and his crew did a great job!!! Our system had failed and the new one they installed runs perfect. Besides the furnace/a/c install you wouldn’t have know they were there. Very clean and neat. Several times we had to call because our furnace went out. It was very cold outside, but Jeff came out late in the evening and fixed our furnace, the other companies would tell us to wait until the morning. We are very satisfied with the work they do.

The blower went out on my 25 year old furnace. Jeff, the owner, came out on a Sunday and found the problem along with cracks in the heat exchanger. New furnace was installed on Wednesday and the AC was back in business. Answered all my questions and the price was reasonable. Chris at the office was also extremely helpful. Will call them again when my 25 year old AC unit goes out.

Answered promptly and scheduled a quick appointment. Repairs were made and my air system has run great! Would highly recommend!!

My Air conditioner went out. I spoke to Chris from Arctic Heating and cooling. She quoted me a price, and all that it would include. She kept me informed during the whole process. Kurt and Jeff came to my house. They were friendly and polite and very professional. They cleaned up as they worked. Everything needed to be replaced. After they were done, Kurt explained the work they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any heating or air conditioning work!

Great work. The owner himself came out and helped diagnose the source of water on our basement floor that was coming from our AC unit. Very professional. Highly recommend.
